Inquiry - Stock Audit

This inquiry displays an audit of stock movements for an item for a given period and warehouse. These quantities are updated when an End of Month is posted. You can use this inquiry to see the quantity of an item as at a specific End of Month.

  1. Open the Item Inquiry screen for the item you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (MDS and MRF) or "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (POS).

  1. Select INQUIRY | STOCK AUDIT.

Micronet displays the Stock Audit Inquiry screen.

  1. Complete the following fields:

Warehouse

Enter or select the warehouse number you want to inquire on.

 

List of End of Months

Select the period you want to inquire on.

  1. Select the Inquire button.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen.

  1. Check that the correct warehouse is selected then select the Ok button.

You can change the warehouse if required.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want your inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet displays the Inventory Stock Audit inquiry.

  1. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Exit button.

Micronet redisplays the Stock Audit Inquiry screen where you can inquire on another warehouse or period if required.

  1. When you have finished with the Stock Audit Inquiry screen, select the Cancel button.

Micronet redisplays the Item Inquiry screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.

  1. Select FILE | NEW to inquire on a different item.
